Our Love Story
Ever since Alan and Cristine Feasey met in the Freshman Year of London Dental School, The Lodge began its journey as a twinkle in their eyes. Their passion was to set up their own Dental practice in the heart of Petersfield and after working long hours as associate dentists in Waterlooville (many of you were there at the start of their journey!) they finally realised their dream in 1982, converting a flat and garage in Dolphin Court into the beautiful practice that we now know and love.
Fast forward 18 years and Rupert and Alannah Neville met in very similar circumstances in the Freshman year of Newcastle Dental School. Although Rupert claims that Alannah chased after him, we all know the real story!
Rupert and Alannah were close friends with James, Alan and Christine’s eldest son and after tracking their progress through Dental School (Rupert’s somewhat longer after being side-tracked by rugby!) they were offered an opportunity to work in the hallowed surgery.
After Alan’s retirement in 2011, Rupert and Alannah bought the surgery, and like their incredible predecessors, poured their time and love in creating and nurturing a truly special place to work and visit.
